On Saturday night 220 Narrabri supporters of Yarrie Lake attended a fundraiser at the Narrabri RSL. It was a very good night had by all.We would like to thank the following people for all their support and contributions to a fantastic night.

Big shout out to Col and the boys at BNB Engineering for their huge donation this week to the cause.  We really appreciate the support that local businesses are giving this great fundraiser.  Lots of businesses have contributed with donations as well as auction items for the dinner Saturday night, which is going to be a great night out for everyone attending and we thank you for this great effort.  All of course for a good cause.

We have a full house for the dinner on Saturday night.  We really appreciate the support from local businesses and the community.  If you and your staff would like to contribute to this worthy cause get together and take around the hat.  It is to establish a fantastic permanent water supply for the lake along with an amazing tourism attraction that will help all the businesses across the shire. 

A Fundraiser to help boost the case for a test bore to be drilled at Yarrie Lake will be held in Narrabri November 4.  The Yarrie Lake Flora and Fauna Trust, along with the Collins Park Lighting Committee, have formed the Yarrie Lake Bore Working Group and are looking for a long-term solution to help ensure the lake doesn't run dry.
