Thank you, everyone, from Collins Park Lighting Committee for the great support you have shown raising this massive amounts of money on such short notice.  We are not sitting still we still have our Christmas Raffle. On sale at both the Wee Waa and Narrabri Christmas Festivals being held this week.

Collins Park Lighting Committee, well done Wee Waa the only thing that outdid your enthusiasm was your generosity.  Thank you to Namoi Cotton for their very generous donation and Peel Valley Machinery and Imperial Hotel for yours.
A big thank you to Luke Noble and his team at the Imperial Hotel, Wee Waa, what a wonderful night, enjoyed by all.

Looking to get as many boats on trailers at Yarrie Lake to show our support for a permanent water supply in the Lake

We would need to gather for a couple of hours one weekend for a group photo.

When the Lake is full the community benefits.

The bid for a bore to help keep Yarrie Lake from running dry got a huge financial boost at the Narrabri RSL Club on Saturday night.

While the final tally is yet to be counted up, organisers expect it will be close to $30,000 that was raised at a sold-out fundraising auction.

More than 200 people attended the fundraiser, with as many again unable to get a ticket, in what was a massive show of support for the project.
